The original Holt McDonald’s was built and opened in 1976 at the corner of Cedar Street and Delhi Commerce Drive. This building was of the standard McDonald’s architecture.

The old building was demolished in 2010 and the new building built to the north in the new corporate architectural style. The building and parking lot traded places during this renovation, but remained on the same parcel. The large old golden arches were retained and still stand at the corner of Delhi Commerce Drive.
